Delivery & Returns


Delivery
Any electronic products (MP3s) can be downloaded as soon as payment is received. We will send you an email with a download link for your purchase and this link will be active for 5 days.

CDs will be despatched using Royal Mail First Class post and you should receive your order within 3 days but in extreme situations your order may take up to 15 days to arrive. If, after 15 days you have still not received your order please get in touch.

Returns (CD orders only)
If your CD arrives damaged or is faulty we will replace it on receipt of the damaged/faulty goods.

All return items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for replacement or a refund. If you have any questions please use our contact form.

Privacy Policy

Any information we hold about you will NEVER be sold to any 3rd party. We use PayPal for credit card payments which means that we DO NOT see your card details. This provides extra security for you.
